Giant Crab Seafood Restaurant

This place is great for groups and families. I do not eat seafood and there were many choices for me as well as my seafood loving group. The customer service was great!

It was a great atmosphere for us to take the kids but don't go unless you have a big appetite. It is a bit pricey but it is also all you can eat so it is understandable. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't blow your socks off either.

The entire place is amazing! The crabs are so good. I will be going back in September! I can't wait.

Love the food. Pricey as heck for the buffet they have which two people totaled 88 dollars and some change. You don’t really eat that much unless you just go for crabs, I don’t eat them. Besides the price, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! Would recommend.

Crab legs were hot and fresh today. Hot bar was fresh and delicious. Servers Deb and Wendy were wonderfully friendly, and attentive.

Went to giant crab with my friends and got the local discount thanks to Deborah who is amazing and simply the best waitress. Will have to sit in her section every time. Food was awesome as well! Had a great time!

When we go to The GIANT CRAB the food is so delicious. The only restaurant we go to in South Carolina.

The best part of Giant Crab was the drinks. Bar was sparse and had been out for a while and for what you pay it should be hot and fresh

a vacation without at least one visit to the Giant Crab while at Myrtle Beach is like a day without sunshine..its a crazy hustle and bustle but the variety is great and the food is bountiful and yummy..there will always be a wait as it is a popular spot but always worth it ..yassou to management...

Giant crab is the best! They have such great food and wonderful desserts. I also love how there is so many variety’s to choose from! The servers are one of the best parts. They are also polite and always clean the tables so there’s no dirty dishes or anything on the tables. They are always asking if you need a refill here and there. They are also very informative about the items they sell. The servers are wonderful. The restraint is always clean never dirty and the bathrooms are spotless! I also want to thank the beautiful outside theme they have, they have a giant crab on the building with a pirate ship and a huge waterfall behind it it’s just wonderful scenery! Giant crab is the best!

Good selection of food available at all times. Unfortunately the crab legs are over cooked. Not sure what could be done to prevent that from happening.

We love this place! Soooooo many selections. The crab legs are delicious and the prime rib is amazing. My wife and I have been here several times and it never fails to be awesome. Our server, Justin, was spot on tonight as well. Always making sure drinks were topped off and keeping the shell basket clear for us. And even though it's almost 40 bucks per person that price is pretty good considering what u get.

Sterling was a excellent server. He made everybody feel special.... I will always remember this trip because of him.... The food was good but,,only complaint crabs we're to greasy.... If you ever come here ask to be seated at Sterling tables.....

The overall experience was okay. Of course, for 2 adults and one child, we paid $100. The food was good and there was a good selection. It's all you can eat. I only go for the crab legs!

I know with this covid virus they were trying there best however 37 for less menu items wasn't worth it took my daughter there for her birthday cause she loves the all u can eat crabs but the other items lacked freshness The fried scallops were chewy we felt like the people trying to serve the food cafeteria styleWere rude and didnt know where and what to do next not enough people serving the f.od but lots of employees to stand around and watch you eat our waitress was great

There's a wide variety of seafood selections here to include crab legs. we also have mashed potatoes and gravy and a good prime rib. My favorite part was there hibachi. You made your own plate with steak, chicken, shrimp, rice and other vegetables. You give the plate to The hibachi chef and they cook it up very fast. O'Neil and Julius were working the hibachi grill. They were very nice, professional and personable. A great representation of the company.With 2 adults and a 9 year old, our bill was around $105. I will say we did not get $105 worth of food. The 3 stars is for being overpriced.

A disappointment this evening. Most of the choices were overly salted, many just not good. The baklava was so dense my fork could not go through it. The hibachi food was pretty good though. Just an overall disappointing evening for all of us at the table.

They have made to order Hibachi/Mongolian, pretty cool, and nice alternative. They had crawfish, but they were on ice, which I cannot understand; however, you don't go here for that anyway. Pretty rad, in general.

Awesome food great service. So many choices. Prices is same as others in the area. Would definitely go back. Look for coupon on the web site you don't have to print it. Love the picture they took of me and my friend. Had a great time. Lots of parking. Love the building.

Like this restaurant with a coupon. The food is good enough for the price. Variety is hard with this restaurant. Your options are limited if you don't like seafood but you can still find enough to eat if you don't like seafood. I have been going to this place every so often for over 10 years. Sometimes it is good. Sometimes it is below acceptable which is why it is just three stars. Also there is better restaurants for a similar price in the same area. But with a coupon it is good enough.

This has become a tradition to come to. I love the food. The service is wonderful and friendly. Soooo many choices for food. And you can get a early bird special with coupons from the coupon books. Always a great time. Thank you.

Okay let's be real. There's one thing every buffet has in common: awkward tasting food, unique food choices, and greasy everything. So the food was good don't get me wrong. It's a seafood bar so it's automaticly a different element all to itself. I'm giving it 3 stars because it just didn't have the wow I was looking for. I'm sure I'll be back so don't get hung up on that. The food is just generic, no seasonings or anything like that. The best part is the desert. There's a stringy looking desert which looks quite interesting. If you like frosted mini wheats cereal, try this desert. The place is nice enough for families, but bring the cash, at $36 a person and $17 for a child age 6. No 6 year old can eat $17 worth of seafood. I don't actually know any 6 year old that eats seafood PERIOD. Good luck out there guys.

It was OK the food was good. Not very handicap accessible. I had to take a couple steps up with my Walker. Otherwise it wasn't bad.

Great quality of food first and foremost however there was one HUGE problem with our visit. The clear disrespect and disdain that some of the waiting staff had for me and my guest. Clearly a decent amount of the men at this restaurant have no sense of tact or even common decency with the way that a woman should be treated. The clear stares at her chest by the men here as well as the slick remarks and faces made by the women of this establishment has done damage that no quality of food could repair. My business has been lost indefinitely however I do pray for the next time that this may inevitably happen to another group of people. Again, the food was great however the level of disrespect that we have experienced here was enough to lose me as a customer.

Love the crab legs! Huge buffet, anything you could ever want. Everything is delicious! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the waitress could have been better and it's pricey $39.99 per person not including drink. Remember to look for coupons in the monster coupon book.
